Obama taking oaths as the 44th President of USA
Constitutional Provisions:
Section 1 of Article Two of the United States Constitution sets forth the eligibility requirements for serving as President of the United States:
| “No person except anatural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty-five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.” |
Following Ronald Reagan, the film star who rose to be President of theUnited States of American, star like Arnold Schwarzenegger, an Austrian-American, currently serving as the 38th Governor of California will have no hope of becoming like Reagan if the present constitution stands as it is.
It looks to me that Barack Hussein Obama is a foreign “import”all the way from Kenya,a less developed country, in the hope of bringing about a mental revolution by someone, virtually unknown who advocated “change” on his election platform. How he ever get to avoid, evade, cover & hide the issue of being a “natural born citizen” is anybody’s guess & wonder! In US if you can beat the law, everything is legal.
Barack Hussein Obama’s ‘Certification of Live Birth‘ form reveals his Birth Registration was FILED in 1961 but was never fully ACCEPTED by the Hawaiian State Registrar’s Office which is covering this up for political reasons to protect Obama. Give mounting evidence that Obama was not physically born in Hawaii, Obama only stands in time to be committing Misprision of Felony.
This is a national disgrace for the Americans that the entire system of laws including the Constitution and all legal records are being subverted and subordinated to cover up for Obama’s continued fraud on the nation as to his true legal identity. What is so important about this one man that Hawaii is willing to see the nation destroyed by his corruption and lies from birth by his family and continued on all his life by Obama. The man is nothing but a grifter and conman.
As for AKA Obama’s birth in Kenya we hear this from attorney Mario Apuzzo “We have not heard from one international, federal, state, or local police or security agency that Obama’s birth place has been officially confirmed.”
Here’s a spot of suspicion & conspiration. In the investigator’s affidavit dated October 30, 2008, that was filed with a Federal District Court in the case of Berg v. Obama, O8-cv-04083: Obama’s step-grandmother,Sarah Obama, told Bishop McRae, who was in the United States, during a telephonic interview on October 12, 2008, while she was in her home located in Alego-Kogello, Kenya, that was full of security police and people and family who were celebrating then-Senator Obama’s success story, that she witnessed Obama’s birth in Kenya, not the United States. She was adamant about this fact not once but twice. The conversation which was placed on speaker phone was translated into English by “Kweli Shuhubia” and one of the grandmother’s grandsons who were present with the grandmother in the house. After the grandmother made the same statement twice her grandson intervened, saying “No, No, No, He was born in the United States.”
During the interview, the grandmother never changed her reply that she was present when Obama was born in Kenya. The fact that later in the same interview she changed her statement to say that Obama was born in Hawaii does not change the fact that she at first stated twice that she was present when Obama was born in Kenya.
According to report, it is alleged that the Kenyan government authorities have refused to cooperate and have thwarted all efforts by anyone to obtain any documents concerning Obama.
The Kenyan officials are declaring Obama’s birth as “top secret”. With Hawaiian government further covering up his Certification of Live Birth only give cause for suspicion that some sort of political conspiracy is at play. Ultimately, the crux of the legal straw can only lead to the breaking of Obama’s back.
It’s been said that whatever the President does is strictly legal. However enough is enough. The American people has the right to know whether their 44th President is eligible and constitutionally legal to be their Chief Commander.

Obama was not born in Kenya. Obama was born in Hawaii, as his official birth certificate from Hawaii shows. And the facts on it–that he was born in Hawaii in 1961–were confirmed twice by the top officials of the Department of Health and Department of Vital Records of Hawaii, and most recently by the governor of Hawaii.
Obama’s Kenyan grandmother never said that Obama was born in Kenya. That is a deliberate misquotation by birther sites that cut off the taped interview just befoer she is asked the question “Where was he born?” She answers that question that Obama was born in Hawaii “where his father was studying at the the time,” and then she repeats that he was born in Hawaii. And, in another interview, she said that the first that her family had heard of Obama’s birth was in a letter from Hawaii.
If a person were born in Kenya, she or he would need a US travel document to get to the USA. That would be either a US visa on a foreign passport or the change to his mother’s US passport to include him. One or the other would have had to have been applied for at a US Consulate in Kenya and granted before the child would be allowed to enter the USA.
If such a document existed, it would be easy to find because the records of the application for the visa or for the change to the mother’s passport would still be in the files of the US State Department, filed under applications for visas and applications for changes to passports in Kenya in 1961. The Republicans were in charge of the US State Department until January 2009. No such document has been found. No such document exists.
Obama was not born in Kenya. He was born in Hawaii, as his official birth certificate from Hawaii shows, and the facts on it were repeatedly confirmed by the officials in Hawaii. Obama has already posted a copy of the official birth certificate, the Certification of Live Birth, which is the only birth document that Hawaii has been sending out since 2001. Hawaii no longer sends out copies of the original birth certificate, only of the official birth certificate: The Certification of Live Birth.
The Wall Street Journal said: “Obama has already provided a legal birth certificate demonstrating that he was born in Hawaii. No one has produced any serious evidence to the contrary. Absent such evidence, it is unreasonable to deny that Obama has met the burden of proof. We know that he was born in Honolulu as surely as we know that Bill Clinton was born in Hope, Ark., or George W. Bush in New Haven, Conn.”

Answer: They did them in batches. The number was simply the order that the clerks got to checking, stamping and entering the documents from the hospital in the file. The order does not affect the fact that Obama was born in Hawaii and that the two officials in Hawaii and the governor of Hawii (a Republican) have stated that he was born in Hawaii.

Answer: The officials at the DOH HAVE explained that the birth documents are processed in batches.

Answer: Obama has shown the OFFICIAL birth certificate of Hawaii, the Certification of Live Birth. That document is not the original, but it is the official birth certificate, and it is the ONLY birth certificate that Hawaii sends out. It is the only birth certificate that Hawaii has sent out since 2001. Thousands of people use it every year, and in Obama’s case the facts on the certificate were confirmed twice by the officials in Hawaii and the governor of Hawaii.
It is the birth certificate that was sent to Obama by the Department of Vital Records of Hawaii.

“The birthers have also misrepresented the law in the claims they have made about Obama’s birth certificate. In truth, Obama has proved that he is a native of Hawaii, and this proof would hold up in any legal or administrative proceeding.

The document that Obama has released, which carries the title “certification of live birth,” confirms that the president was born in Honolulu. Answer; What does this have to do with Obama? McCain, you say, showed his original birth certificate. That is because he had it. Obama showed the current birth certificate of Hawaii, the OFFICIAL birth certificate, which is the only one that Hawaii has issued since 2001. That is because he did not have a copy of the original and had to ask Hawaii for a copy (in 2007), and Hawaii sent him the new type of birth certificate, the short-form birth certificate that it has sent to everyone since 2001.

The McCain campaign checked the allegations of forgery, as it checked the allegations of birth in Kenya, and found both allegations FALSE. The officials in Hawaii and the governor of Hawaii have repeatedly confirmed the facts on Obama’s birth certificate, and what would be the point of forging the document if there is no difference in the facts?
WND wrote this about the allegations of forgery of Obama’s Hawaiian birth certificate:

The investigation also revealed methods used by some of the bloggers to determine the document was fake involved forgeries, in that a few bloggers added text and images to the certificate scan that weren’t originally there.

As WND said, this does not prove that the document is authentic (how could it since WND did not have a copy of the physical document?) But it shows that the allegations of forgery are FALSE, and as I said, the officials in Hawaii have confirmed the FACTS on the document.
Obama’s Kenyan grandmother also said, in two separate interviews, that Obama was born in Hawaii, and so did this witness, who recalls being told of Obama’s birth in Hawaii in 1961 and writing home about it. (

Notice where it says that there is an original birth certificate filed. Well, in 1961 foreign birth certificates, even those from other states could not be filed in Hawaii. Hawaii would not file a foreign birth certificate. That was proof of birth in some foreign place, not Hawaii, and there was no reason to file that document in Hawaii. Hawaii would not allow a foreign document (even from another state) to be filed in its birth certificate files in 1961. Therefore, the original birth certificate in the files is from Hawaii.
(It also could not be an Certificate of Hawaiian Birth, which was always referred to as a Certificate of Hawaiian Birth and not as an original birth certificate.)

Notice where it says that the document in the files VERIFIES that Obama was born in Hawaii. So, not only is there an official Hawaiian birth certificate in the files, but it says right on it that Obama was born in Hawaii. Hawaii has never allowed the DOH to issue a birth document of any kind that says on it that anyone was born in Hawaii unless there was proof that the child was born in Hawaii, and that is what the officials in Hawaii have confirmed twice. So, there was an original birth certificate from Hawaii in Obama’s file, and the original birth certificate says that he was born in Hawaii.
And here is the confirmation by the governor of Hawaii, Linda Lingle, a Republican, that says that Obama was born in Hawaii, in Kapiolani Hospital;

Knowing Hillary Clinton, if its a fact Obama is not a naturalised American, he would not stand a chance to beat her. She and husband ( and daughter as well and many other would-be benefactors ) would have exposed Obama well before he could even stand a viable competitor to the Presidency.
Even if the most apt ex US President is to inherit the mess left by cowboy George Bush, is inclined to undeliver against the backdrop of self centered, wasteful behaviours and unrealistic expectation of the American public. The fact that Obama is of Afro-American background raised in a undeveopled Muslim country, his critic can’t wait to leverage on such facts to bring him down. Chances of Obama losing in coming election is very high; but it will not be Obama losing …its the Amercian public at large losing…perhaps the world too because I can’t bear to think what America will lose to gain its glory back!
