Next to cancer, heart attack is just about the greatest killer!

A Kirkbyite colleague sent me this life & death information urging all recipients to forward & circulate in order to save lives; hence this publication.

Stroke has a new indicator!

They say if you e-mail this to ten people, you stand a chance of saving one life. Will you send this along? Blood Clots/Stroke – They Now Have a Fourth Indicator, the Tongue.

Let your friends, near or far, know & click on this blog site for the vital information available.

STROKE: Remember the 1st Three Letters…..

S. T. R.

STROKE IDENTIFICATION:

During a BBQ, a woman stumbled and took a little fall – she assured everyone that she was fine (they offered to call paramedics) …she said she had just tripped over a brick because of her new shoes.

They got her cleaned up and got her a new plate of food. While she appeared a bit shaken up, Jane went about enjoying herself the rest of the evening.

Jane’s husband called later telling everyone that his wife had been taken to the hospital – (at 6:00 PM Jane passed away.) She had suffered a stroke at the BBQ. Had they known how to identify the signs of a stroke, perhaps Jane would be with us today. Some don’t die. They end up in a helpless, hopeless condition instead.

It only takes a minute to read this.

A neurologist says that if he can get to a stroke victim within 3 hours he can totally reverse the effects of a stroke…totally. He said the trick was getting a stroke recognized, diagnosed, and then getting the patient medically cared for within 3 hours, which is tough.

RECOGNIZING A STROKE

Thank God for the sense to remember the ‘3’ steps, STR. Read and

Learn!

Sometimes symptoms of a stroke are difficult to identify. Unfortunately, the lack of awareness spells disaster. The stroke victim may suffer severe brain damage when people nearby fail to recognize the symptoms of a stroke.

Now doctors say a bystander can recognize a stroke by asking three simple questions:

S *Ask the individual to SMILE.

T *Ask the person to TALK and SPEAK A

SIMPLE SENTENCE (Coherently)

(I.e. It is sunny out today.)

R *Ask him or her to RAISE BOTH ARMS.

If he or she has trouble with ANY ONE of these tasks, call emergency numberimmediately and describe the symptoms to the dispatcher.

New Sign of a Stroke ——– Stick out Your Tongue

NOTE: Another ‘sign’ of a stroke is this: Ask the person to ‘stick’ out his tongue. If the tongue is

‘crooked’, if it goes to one side or the otherthat is also an indication of a stroke.

A cardiologist says if everyone who gets this e-mail sends it to 10 people; you can bet that at least one life will be saved.

I have done my part. Will you?

Joe & Mabel in happier times & at the hospital

Joseph (Joe), tall & 59 years young, works at the Post Office Distribution Centre, Perth International Airport, today lies at Shenton Park Rehabitation Centre where he was sent from, Royal Perth Hospital for life support & on-going medical care. He was struck down in knee-deep water while board surfing with his friend Mark at Mullaloo Beach, Perth, Western Australia on 10 December 2011.

Aussies generally love the sand, sun & surf.

It’s unbelievable that water can be both a friend & enemy without any forewarning. This surfing accident which happened in December 2011 is not the result of great tsunami waves but relatively calm water at 4 feet level. Joe in fact was making his way back to shore. But when Joe was still not back, his friend quickly turned around & found him floating face down.

Resuscitation was quickly administered while waiting for the ambulance. Joe was rushed to Royal Perth Hospital. The initial prognosis was not favourable & it came to as much as having to decide whether to pull off the life supporting device. He was in a coma initially. He has no sensation from the neck down.

Trusting in the Lord, and being good Christians, Mabel his wife & the rest of the family members strongly believe that God will heal Joe completely. God will make a way. God will make him whole.

Slowly, there has been some improvements. With insertion of trachea device, Joe could now eat, speak & even sing.

Video of Joe singing “Feelings”

Yes, Joe loves to sing. He has his first singing training as a choir boy when he was at the Seminary in Ipoh, Malaysia. In fact every Teoh family member is a good singer. Joe is a popular karaoke singer at social parties & charitable performances.

Things have been difficult for his wife Mabel. Virtually all hours she has been at his bedside. It’s hard for her coping with the situation. Let’s all of us think kindly & pray for a miracle for Joe, together with any possible assistance, which will be greatly appreciated.

Don Moen sings: “God Will Make A Way

We claim complete & wholesome healing in the wonderful & powerful Name of Jesus. AMEN.

LATEST UPDATE  (Month of September 2012)

Praise God! Joe has improved tremendously with the ability to raise his right hand, sit for longer stretch in his wheel chair, use his laptop computer, talk quite like normal & even sing!

He’s now at the Quadriplegic Centre, 10 Selby Street, Shenton Park WA 6008 – Ashburton Room 4

We claim complete healing in the name of Jesus! AMEN.

God’s Recall Notice

In the motor industry, we are most familiar with the question of vehicle recall. Much publicity is generated in the media over such expensive recall like Honda Australia on 30 March 2011 recalled more than 45,000 vehicles over an issue with the power steering hose that has the potential to start a fire under the bonnet. It could be for other problems relating to faulty brakes, electronic components, loose fasteners or faults with the potential to be a serious safety issue. No matter what costing millions to the prestige & image of the manufacturers, safety & security are held in foremost importance.

Wikipedia – Michelangelo‘s The Creation of Adam

Now what of problems related to mankind? In the light of the above, it’s interesting to note what God will do to protect you! Just think how much more important are humans compared to motor vehicles! I bet you will never have heard it presented in terms of modern technology such as this!

(Someone sent me this message below. The content of which is awesome! Source: Unknown)

The Maker of all human beings (GOD) is recalling all units manufactured, regardless of make or year, due to a serious defect in the primary and central component of the heart.

This is due to a malfunction in the original prototype units code named Adam and Eve, resulting in the reproduction of the same defect in all subsequent units.

This defect has been identified as “Subsequential Internal Non-morality,” more commonly known as S.I.N., as it is primarily expressed.

Some of the symptoms include:

1. Loss of direction

2. Foul vocal emissions

3. Amnesia of origin

4. Lack of peace and joy

5. Selfish or violent behaviour

6. Depression or confusion

7. Fearfulness

8. Idolatry

9. Rebellion

The Manufacturer, who is neither liable nor at fault for this defect, is providing factory-authorized repair and service free of charge to correct this defect.

The Repair Technician, JESUS, has most generously offered to bear the entire burden of the staggering cost of these repairs. There is no additional fee required.

The number to call for repair in all areas is: P-R-A-Y-E-R.

Once connected, please upload your burden of SIN through the REPENTANCE procedure.

Next, download ATONEMENT from the Repair Technician, Jesus, into the heart component.

No matter how big or small the SIN defect is, Jesus will replace it with:

1. Love

2. Joy

3. Peace

4. Patience

5. Kindness

6. Goodness

7. Faithfulness

8. Gentleness

9. Self control

Please see the operating manual, the B.I.B.L.E. (BEST Instructions Before Leaving Earth) for further details on the use of these fixes.

WARNING: Continuing to operate the human being unit without correction voids any manufacturer warranties, exposing the unit to dangers and problems too numerous to list, and will result in the human unit being permanently impounded. For free emergency service, call on Jesus.

DANGER: The human being units not responding to this recall action will have to be scrapped in the furnace. The SIN defect will not be permitted to enter Heaven so as to prevent contamination of that facility. Thank you for your attention!

– GOD

P.S. Please assist where possible by notifying others of this important recall notice, and you may contact the Father any time by ‘Knee mail’!

Because HE Lives!

God Bless you

Have a Blessed Day

Space to Grow & Grace to Flow

By P Chong                                                                              23 November 2011

Taj Mahal world heritage site in Agra, India.

When talking about space, there are areas which are normally familiar to the man in the street. There are indeed also indefinite concepts in scientific terms as used by geometers and physicists which we may not know or understand. Suffice for me to touch on some personal thoughts relating to peace & harmony, privacy, friendship, love & emotion . . . and space in the physical living or playing fields.

Even then there are confines or boundaries beyond which we may never know, and of course, there is that spiritual aspect of things where grace sets in.

In January 2007 when my friend CC & his lovely wife Phyllis were travelling & sightseeing in New Delhi to Taj Mahal in Agra, India, they passed through the countryside where some grand new villas were under construction. He noticed a large poster with these words:

GIVE SPACE SOME GRACE, AND

GIVE GRACE SOME SPACE.

Till today he remembers it well and often reflect upon those memorable words, sharing them with his friends, architects, developers and his soccer-playing grandchildren. According to him, life is often preoccupied with time & space and with grace giving us lessons in various ways.

Lately, while watching his grandchildren playing soccer, realisation dawned on him of the need of an optimum playing field where space is paramount for level play with ease or difficulty of attack & defence. He recalled & visualised the “space” concept in terms of a restricted number of 11 players & one goal-keeper in each team and where in winning the game all available spaces must be covered & exploited. Success in life to him means preempting the right positioning in space. His grandchildren are fortunate to have a grandfather with wisdom to impart.

In further extension of my thought:

  • Space is taken to overcome all boundaries, inhibitions & restrictions to explore & conquer . . . turning all adversities to victories. Space however is timeless as opposed to our limited existence.

  • Grace is herewith defined as a divinely given talent or blessing, the free & unmerited favour of God. It’s got to flow from God to fill within us & then exert forth to the external. Grace is unseen, non-materialistic and unlimited flowing from God for our faith & asking. As goodness grows, blessings flow.

From the womb to the tomb, we need space to grow . . . to equip ourselves in our daily life to intern, specialise and then to fraternise. As is said, no man is an island. We are by nature gregarious and cannot live alone. We need company. We need partner and that is why God provided Adam with Eve. Within the limitless space of the Garden of Eden, freedom & choice were available except for the forbidden fruit. What happened next resulted in the pain & suffering of mankind.

Freedom to chose & choice to make are really no option whatsoever. Inevitably, man by his own doing destroy the space & environment in which he lives. By our own strength we are powerless and though “impossible” is the word not to be found in Napoleon Bonaparte’s dictionary, not all things are possible with man. Only with God all things are possible. With “space to grow” we need “God’d grace to flow”.

Give grace some space, for man is no master of space. It sours the souls of those greedy for space by intrusion & exploitation, thereby destroying both peace & harmony . . . as exemplified by the turmoils in the Middle East & the Arab world. Under the guise of democracy, everything has gone crazy. The need for regime change is a nagging & ragging righteousness with no resultant merit except unnecessary death, pain & suffering. Nobody ever wins in a war!

Make friends not enemies. The irony is you may have but one enemy, you’re bound to face him everywhere! Negotiation rather than confrontation as with diplomacy opposed to being artless or tactless or hypocrisy. Give space to sovereignty, for aggression will meet with further aggression. Let every sovereignty grow & progress. Encroach not upon its nest.

Let moderation & good sense prevail and senselessness be assailed. LET GO & LET GOD. Don’t ever push yourself too hard. As is said in Ecclesiastes 3:17: “God will bring to judgment both the righteous & the wicked, for there will be a time for every activity, a time for every deed.”

Wait upon the Lord!

Life is Full of Imperfect Things . . . and Imperfect People.

By P Chong                                                                                                      18 November 2011

In Biblical history:

Jacob was a cheater, Peter had a temper,

David had an affair,

Noah got drunk,

Jonah ran from God,

Paul was a murderer,

Gideon was insecure,

Miriam was a gossip,

Mary was a worrier,

Thomas was a doubter,

Sarah was impatient,

Elijah was moody,

Moses stuttered,

Zaccheus was short,

Abraham was old & Lazarus was dead.

Now . . . who’s perfect for thinking that God won’t use you!

These Biblical greats as above-mentioned were not perfect and yet God used them mightily, nor did they have all the abilities & skills. Herein is a lesson to be learned – it’s all a question of availability rather than ability that God seeks.

If God can overlook our imperfectness, who are we not to do likewise? God alone is perfect. He alone can be judgemental about us. Whoever we are we ought to be submissive, obedient, loyal and faithful to our tasks – undertaking them responsibly.

In our personal relationship, we should not be unkind to our own kind. This ironically is the truth in practice . . . we seem to see “perfectness” in others and hate the sight of “imperfectness” in our own kind. We can be so hypocritical appearing to be kind & courteous to others but to our own kind most unkind consciously or otherwise. This is all putting on your “Sunday Best” as in church.

Let me share a story here as an illustration:

When I was a kid, my mom would prepare special breakfast every now and then. And I remember one night in particular, after a long, hard day at work. On that evening so long ago, my mom placed a plate of eggs, sausage and extremely burned biscuits in front of my dad.

I remember waiting to see if anyone noticed! Yet all my dad did was reach for his biscuit, smile at my mom and ask me how my day was at school. I don’t remember what I told him that night, but I do remember watching him smear butter and jelly on that biscuit and eat every bite! When I got up from the table that evening, I remember hearing my mom apologise to my dad for burning the biscuits. And I’ll never forget what he said: “Honey, I love burned biscuits.”

Later that night, I went to kiss Daddy good night and I asked him if he really liked his biscuits burned. He wrapped me in his arms and said, “Your Momma put in a hard day at work today and she’s real tired. And besides – a little burnt biscuit never hurt anyone! You know, life is full of imperfect things . . . and imperfect people. I’m not the best at hardly anything, and I forget birthdays and anniversaries just like everyone else. What I’ve learned over the years is that learning to accept each other’s faults – and choosing to celebrate each other’s differences – is one of the most important keys to creating a healthy, growing, and lasting relationship.”

Herein lies the key to life’s happiness . . . learning to accept each other’s faults and laying them at the foot of God, the Perfect One.We could extend this to any relationship . . . husband-wife or father-son/daughter or friendship. Understanding of this basic fundamental key will see us through to a life of happiness.

It follows that you

accept, adapt, adopt & adjust

to all the imperfectness

to steer you on the road to happiness.

It’s Attitude More Than Aptitude That Scales The Altitude

Mountain Scaling

For the word of God is living & active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul & spirit, joints & marrows; it judges the thoughts & attitudes of the heart.” ~ Hebrews 4:12

Whatever you wish to achieve or conquer it begins first in your mind, which comes about as a result of your feeling. So how do you feel about thingsor situation will determine largely the outcome of your action. Let’s illustrate this by a parabolic story.

Pastor Paul was deep in prayer & thought preparing for his sermon due for the following Sunday. He needed the peace and quiet to concentrate and kept himself in his study away from his wonderful active son, David.

However, this was not to be, for David was particularly most disruptive that afternoon. He kept coming and going out of his dad‘s study. “Dad, how long more before you could play football with me?” Dad assured him, “Not long son. Just give me some time to do my work. Don’t disturb me & I’ll be with you sooner than you’d realise.”

The beautiful afternoon was fading fast, so the boy thought. He was getting impatient as would any other youngster. Pastor Paul too was getting pretty annoyed. The father soon thought of a ingenious plan to keep his son occupied. “Hereson. This is a jigsaw puzzle of the world that we live in. You go quietly into your room and piece them altogether. By the time you finish, I’ll brfinished and we can then play. Agree?”

Yes, dad,” and he left reluctantly. “At last I shall have the peace to complete my sermon,” thought the jubilant father.

It seemed that David was hardly gone before he was once again standing happily in front of his dad presenting the finished jigsaw puzzle and was eagerly waiting for his reward. Taken aback, the father said, “You are a smart little fellow. How did you manage to finish it so quickly?”

Dad, the puzzle of the world is difficult to piece together. But on turning{problems are brought on & about over behind, I noticed that there is also a picture of a man. So I began to piece thaman together, and automatically the puzzle of the difficult world was set right.

Yes. That’s it! Set the man right and the world will be right! In any situation life, solutions are easy enough to find, and often it tantamount to just setting right the person involved. Whether it is a personal situation or a national one, for example, the country will be right when the politicians are set right. The next Sunday morning, Pastor Paul delivered one of his best sermons yet.

Problems are brought on & about by people in the way they feel, think

and accordingly act that will determine the outcome of any situation.

Let’s see what the Bible has to say on the magic wordattitude”:

Ephesians 4: 22-24

You were taught, with regard to your former way of life, to put off your old self, which is being corrupted by its deceitful desires., to be made new in the attitude of your minds; and to put on the new self, created to be like God in true righteousness and holiness.”

Philippines 2:5

Your attitude should be the same as that of Christ Jesus.”

1 Peter4:1

Therefore since Christ suffered in his body, arm yourselves also with the same attitude, because he who has suffered in his body is done with sin.”

Your attitude will determine your spiritual well-being, as you can see. In the practical sense of our daily living, let me just show you what I mean by that “magic word”:

Take the case of two top flight sales-executives in Singapore. Tom had all the excellent academic credentials that secured him the job in the first place, whereas, Dick, was, as we say, “a street-wise kid without the privileged benefit and luxury of a tertiary education . . . a self-made man, a fighter and survivor.

When their company “Modern Bra” was gearing to set up a distributorship in Sabah (present East Malaysia), these two sales-executives were sent to survey the market. Off they flew and checked into a five-star hotel . . . good food and entertainment and all those wonderful commercial perks.

The week went past soon enough. Tom was the first to departed upon landing went reluctantly to report to his general Manager. “Sir,” he said, “personally, I don’t think it’s feasible to go ahead with the project in Sabah. All those native women and others don’t wear bras. They prefer to bare their bosoms.”

Dick however was very excited upon his return and even the General Manager could not contain his excitement & enthusiasm. He virtually shouted out his words, “Sir, what a golden opportunity we’ll have in Sabah. Hundreds and thousands of women there simply don’t wear bras!”

Well, he was of the opinion that all it took was to teach them the benefits of modesty and beauty of enhancing their physical appearance through the wearing of bras. The potential of that market was there waiting to be tapped!

So, who is likely to be promoted? Tom or Dick?

Well, what is the level of your spiritual growth? Are growing old or growing up? Are you scaling the spiritual altitude? It all depends on you. You can make it happen or you could sit and stare and wait on the outer comfort zone. Grow up and grow tall, for the spiritually weak will not be called, instead to them the devil will roar!

You hold the key to your own spiritual door which can only be opened by you from the inside. Jesus is knocking upon your door. You have to open it. He’ll not force His way in. He’ll come *& dwell in your heart and make you a new person, if you allow Him.

In the light of this, allow me to just share with you a poem. I simply like to express myself poetically, benches I can do so concisely and precisely with the minimum usage of words and the greatest expression of meaning. You have heard of the famous “Footprints” but here is the “Butt-prints in the Sand’:

Buttprints in the Sand

(A parody of Footprints in the Sand)

One night I had a dream

I dreamt I was with the Lord

We were on the beach

So blissful and at peace.

As I looked back along the sand

Only one set of footprints was seen at length

Along the way were also buttprints

Instead of another set of footprints.

Puzzled, I asked our Lord

Even if I was being carried, Lord

Shouldn’t there be just one set of footprints?

But why there a set of buttprints?”

Our Lord looked at me with much compassion

Stretch out His arms with elation

Not only you refused to walk with me,

You slept on me and was so lazy.”

I tried to motivate you without avail

So I struggled on along the trail.

I got quite tired in the end

So I set your butt down on the sand.”

Don’t ever say “No” or “Wait Lah!”

Wait till I am retired

Wait till I have solved my problems

Wait till I am Free

Right now I am too preoccupied!

RIGHT NOW IS THE TIME – FOR THERE IS NO OTHER TIME.

Time is but an illusion

It expands and contracts

To suit your own convenience.

Accept the Lord and be saved! Amen.

World’s Largest Family

Indian man has 39 wives, 94 children, 33 grandchildren.

100-Room Mansion to house the Family

Five of the wives

We have heard of Emperors and Maharajahs having concubines and harems, but here’s Ziona Chana, a 66-year-old Indian man who has 39 wives, 94 children, 14 daughters-in-law and 33 grandchildren, is probably the head of the world’s biggest family, according to Reuters.

The big family lives in a four-storey mansion with 100 rooms in a village in Mizoram, northeast India. Chana’s wives and children live in different rooms but share one kitchen.

Chana said that he in his younger days once married 10 women in only one year. He enjoys his own double bed while his wives have to make do with communal dormitories. He keeps the youngest women near to his bedroom with the older members of the family sleeping further away – and there is a rotation system for who visits Mr Chana’s bedroom.

He considered himself a lucky man since he is given so many people to look after. Mr Chana told the Sun: ‘Today I feel like God‘s special child. He’s given me so many people to look after. I consider myself a lucky man to be the husband of 39 women and head of the world’s largest family.’

Although Chana has already had a 167-member family, he still would like to expand it and “go to any extent to marry. ”To expand my sect, I am willing to go even to the U.S. to marry,” he said. One of his sons insisted that Mr Chana, whose grandfather also had many wives, marries the poor women from the village so he can look after them.

Rinkmini, one of Mr Chana’s wives who is 35 years old, said: ‘We stay around him as he is the most important person in the house. He is the most handsome person in the village.

She says Mr Chana noticed her on a morning walk in the village 18 years ago and wrote her a letter asking for her hand in marriage.

Another of his wives, Huntharnghanki, said the entire family gets along well. The family system is reportedly based on ‘mutual love and respect’ And Mr Chana, whose religious sect has 4,000 members, says he has not stopped looking for new wives.

The family is organised with almost military discipline, with the oldest wife Zathiangi organising her fellow partners to perform household chores such as cleaning, washing and preparing meals.

One evening meal can see them pluck 30 chickens, peel 132lb of potatoes and boil up to 220lb of rice.

Chana is also the head of a local Christian religious sect which allows polygamy.

One of his sons insisted that Mr Chana, whose grandfather also had many wives, marries the poor women from the village so he can look after them.

Guess Who’s Coming To Preach

Story: Origin Unknown

Church is the place for worship

Less so the place for fellowship

For your focus is on God

Rather than whatever you’ve got!

It was a cold winter’s day that Sunday. The parking lot to the church was filling up quickly. I noticed as I got out of my car fellow church members were whispering among themselves as they walked into the church.

Source: Fine Art Print

As I got closer I saw a man leaned up against the wall outside the church. He was almost laying down as if he was asleep. He had on a long trench coat that was almost in shreds and a hat topped his head, pulled down so you could not see his face. He wore shoes that looked 30 years old, too small for his feet, with holes all over them, his toes stuck out. I assumed this man was homeless, and asleep, so I walked on by through the doors of the church.

We all fellowshipped for a few minutes, and someone brought up the man laying outside. People snickered and gossiped but no one bothered to ask him to come in, including me. A few moments later church began. We all waited for the preacher to take his place and to give us the Word, when the doors to the church opened.

In came the homeless man walking down the aisle with his head down. People gasped and whispered and made faces. He made his way down the aisle and up onto the pulpit where he took off his hat and coat. My heart sank. There stood our preacher … he was the “homeless man,” and the last parishioner to arrive for service.

No one said a word. The preacher took his Bible and laid it on his stand.

Folks, I don’t think I have to tell you what I am preaching about today.”

It does take an experience such as this to set our thinking

right. All too often, materialism & human become our focus of worship which are hateful to God as idolatry.

If I may say so, as men stray, churches sadly too stray.

Dick Halverton, Chaplain of the United States Senate (Fellowship), puts it in these thought-provoking words:

In the beginning the church was a fellowship of men & women center on the living Christ. Then the church moved to Greece where it became a philosophy. Then it moved to Rome where it became an institution. Next, it moved to Europe where it became a culture. And finally, it moved to America where it became an enterprise.”

Christianity, according to Samuel Wilberforce, can be condensed into four words: ADMIT, SUBMIT, COMMIT & TRANSMIT.

Count Your Blessings . . .

Someone once wrote these beautiful lines:

“WHEN UPON life’s billows you are tempest tossed,

When you are discouraged, thinking all is lost…

Count your many blessings, name them one by one…

When you look at others with their lands and gold,

Think that Christ has promised you His wealth untold;

Count your many blessings. Wealth can never buy

Your reward in heaven, nor your home on high.

So, amid the conflict, whether great or small,

Do not be discouraged, God is over all…

Count your blessings, name them one by one,

Count your blessings, see what God hath done!” *

Life’s journey is never always smooth. There are inevitably potholes to avoid. There’ll be ups & downs as you ride along, or the journey sways you from side to side. Just be bright & enjoy the ride . . . onward, forward, soldier on!

Life’s destination is never in sight to begin with! Log on . . . spirit on . . . to reach your destination you must soldier on.

Focus on the positives . . . however small & insignificant they may seem to wipe out the negatives.

Be thankful for the many small delightful happenings. Sometimes it just takes one little thing to chase your blue away.

For most parts of our life, the reality is only a very small portion of it is filled with real happy moments. So savour whatever there is big or small.

It is most refreshing to see an elderly couple walking hand in hand, or sitting cheek to cheek like they are in love for the first time in their natural lives.

The best things in life are free. Recall when you awoke to the most remarkable sunrise ever and heard birds chirping outside your window. You smelled the morning dew. Later you viewed a gorgeous sunset.

Remember, nobody can cause you to be miserable without your consent.

Don’t Cry! Sing & Be Happy!!

The sweet refrain from an old favourite “Count Your Blessings . . . “ will shake off the doldrums & stress.

Always keep yourself prayerfully alert!

God is always with you.
