IMPORTANT LESSON TO BE LEARNT . . . A REAL  LIFE  STORY WITH STRONG MORAL LESSON . . . NEVER TO BE FORGOTTEN!

The story has just been related to us by my sister-in-law. Thought I’ll relate the story while it is still fresh in my mind for the benefits of all concerned.

The story happened in Australia & it was with tears & heart ache that the victim told his story. He has been a successful doctor in private practice. Now retired at an ripe old age of 82, impoverished, morally deprived of love & fortune by an ungrateful son whom he loved dearly. When the son wanted to build a nice big house for his own family, the doctor father funded him & provided most of the outlay towards the project.

As the story goes. After spending some happy years living together, the son said to the father: “Dad, I am going to sell the property. You have to find a place to live & move out.”

The doctor was totally taken aback & refused to abide by such a harsh decision. His heart was shredded into a billion pieces when he received an eviction notice from his son’s lawyer.

In his desperation, fortunately the doctor’s daughter came to his rescue, buying a small retirement home for the poor old man to settle there. . .

Poor old man was looking in his twilight years to a life of leisure & pleasure. It’s absolutely sad & unbelievable. The whole world has gone topsy turvy. The once successful doctor can only hope but live in distress of mind, body & soul. There are more takers than givers in the world of mankind. Be wary about giving all that you have TOO SOON!
