If you are feeling tired & weary eyed, closed your eyes & place two slices of cucumber on your closed eyes, one on each. In just five or ten minutes you’ll get refreshed, rejuvenated, cool & wide eyed.

What a gem of a vegetable! If you look further for its other valuable health benefits, you will look at cucumber differently from now on.

Cucumbers contain most of the vitamins you need

every day, just one cucumber contains

Vitamin B1, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B3, Vitamin B5,

Vitamin B6, Folic Acid, Vitamin C, Calcium, Iron,

Magnesium, Phosphorus, Potassium and Zinc.

Feeling tired in the afternoon,

put down the caffeinated soda and pick up a

cucumber. Cucumbers are a good source of B

  1. This was a great article. I used to buy cucumbers for my Mom until she got tired eating them. With this new information I am encourage to buy them for the many other uses you mentioned too.
