Yes I have visited your website but don’t remember seeing “leave a comment” section.
I have to lift my hat to you Paul, you seem to manage your blog very well. Unfortunately I have not read everything in there. It does have lots of information. It must take up quite a bit of your time.
Talking of time, how long will it take us to complete the 9 or 18 holes?

Hi Paul, your blog was sent to me by a friend in Malaysia. I quite enjoy reading the articles you have on your site and wish you all the best in your mission. I have just migrated to Australia and I believe it’s a beautiful country and the most important thing is to be able to live in harmony for the love of God and not religious differences but there are fanatics who will do whatever it takes to get to Heaven as promised by their wrong teachings. God will never ask his followers to destroy his creation of mankind.

i was surfing the internet when I came upon the news about HK smog. Curiosity pushed me to click more about Hong Kong. I worked in HK for more than 5 years as a “kung yan” (Cantonese meaning Maid”). I am on my 3rd contract when my fiancee’s visa to the US was approved in July 2006. I only worked for one family and you are very correct about that I am one of those lucky ones when i came to HK in 2001. Although my work is so hectic, my employers are the best although they are Chinese, not to mentioned that boss’ old mother lives with us. You are very true about the Filipinos working in HK.
Boy I just did wipe a tear when I saw the familiar places on the screen. I lived in Caine Road Central. To me its the liveliest and the happiest place in the world, and I do really miss Sundays, dimsum, the escalator, Wan Chai shopping, Bossini, Giordano, moon cakes, the lai chee and just the winter weather.
Promise, I will always come back . . .

Great to stumble upon your blog! Some of your articles have a very creative title (“who” or “Hu”). I and a few others are posting on Wocview.wordpress.com , which is a blog mainly about the Chinese diaspora. Thank you for your intention. Leaving the world a better place is a challenging job, but one we must also aspire too. Your photos of the Bund provided a meaningful perspective. I will be traveling to Shanghai for the first time week after next on business. Fascinated by the culture and the scale of monumental change.
Suggestions for “must see” sights and must do experiences while in the city?
Hope your days in Australia have been joyous and rewarding.
